Haha, well, it’s better than the little/no exercise I’ve been doing with over the past couple of weeks, hopefully with Zumba and watching what I eat a bit more I can get into better shape and become a bit more physically fit! :)

Gonna start trying to motivate myself more by doing more exercise - my minimum is 2 half hour power walks a day, as well as my 2 zumba classes and using my exercise bike/alternating other bits in too.
Power walking sounds like a massive cop out, but at least I’m starting to do something about my weight rather than just sitting on my fat ass complaining about it. Like a lot of people are/like I have been. Fed up of being miserable now.

Things really got thrown into perspective yesterday. A girl I became really good friends with at college got a job in Bristol to fly with Thomas Cook. She moved about 2 weeks ago - we’re all so proud of her, and we found out yesterday she’s been in a horrendous car crash and had to go into surgery because of punctured organs and broken vertebrate.
Sounds gay, but it’s sort of made me realise how stupid my problems are, and I hope she makes a full recovery soon so she can get back to her dream job. Massive hugs to Hannah, I can’t think of a person that deserved it less!
